Hi,
I am a new player and just opened a store outside of Condor to test that out. Added a Mithril helmet and a steel one and they disappeared after a while. Did not get any $. Is it a bug or is it possible to steal inventory? Fine with the latter just want to understand the game mechanics.

The ones in the outskirts are temporary shops and their lease lapses after 1 RL hour. You would need to refresh the timer to keep it active. Otherwise it goes inactive and someone can claim the shop and the stuff.
