A simple request.
Whoever is reaching between the bars and taking over the shop in The Cathedral and stealing all the goods from my shop, please stop. If you want to steal from my pc that's fine, but do it properly, don't take advantage of an ooc design flaw.
This happened to me about a year ago and I kindly asked said individual via the forums to stop and it did. This is the second time in a week. Please stop.

You should send this to the DM's if you believe abuse of a mechanic has been involved, not posting it on the forums.

"All the goods" is not fine.
Ignoring whether it's cheesy or not to employ the barred door, we have the 24/hours 1/item rule in place.

More than one item was taken at one time, Iceborn. I fully understand the rules for theft as my PC has stolen more than his fair share over his time here and never broke the rule.
As for taking it to a DM, thanks for the advice will do such in the future.

As Iceborn says this needs a proper report so we can do the requisite log checks. Thanks!

I don't want a requisite log check. I just want the person to stop being cheesy, as Iceborn put it so nicely. I don't want perpetrator in trouble. I know if I don't report it, it doesn't happen, but it did. So just stop doing what is cheesy.

Re: A simple request.
A forum post will never stop cheeseballs from cheeseballing. Setting aside that there's a good chance the perpetrator doesn't read the forums, this is the internet, and there will always be people who get their kicks by ruining the fun for others.
The only way to fix this is to get the Devs to move the sign somewhere it can't be reached.

We are just going to lock this for the sake of preventing trolling posts. In the future, the best course of action is to report the instance instead of calling someone out - this often provokes them into doing more.
