resolution issue?
For troubleshooting, I've tried everything I could dig up. I've altered the nwn.ini file and config files to have 1920x1080 resolution. I've changed screen rate to 59 instead of 60. I've gone into intel graphic settings and tried all four options(Maintain display, maintain aspect ratio, center, scale full), and the override application options. I've downloaded the latest NVidia driver. I've gone into nwn properties from right clicking and ran compatibility for xp, override high dpi, and disable fullscreen optimizations. I came | | close to sacrificing a goblin, but decided i'd hold off for possible alternatives.
I'd run the game on 800x600, but those black bars on the side drive me crazy, and stretching the game to fill the screen at that resolution makes my duergar look like a gnome, so you can understand why that is a big no no . Not to mention, the cloak issue still persists as well, regardless of resolution. If anyone has any other things I can try, it'd be a big help.

Re: resolution issue?
You'll want to rollback to about 9th of October's drivers to fix the issue.

One more thing to add that I've noticed. Doors that are those cloth drapes are invisible and show up as glowy cage like lines when tab is held.

You need the driver from May. That's the one I had to roll back to (Geforce 950m here)BattleDrake wrote:So downloaded the NVidia driver from September, installed and restarted. Still exact same issue . High dpi setting was already tried, no luck there.

My question fits both forums respectively, not sure it matters which of the two I put my question in ^.^.With The Sky Below My Feet wrote:There's a "Q&A" section on the forums.
As for the may drivers, tried those too, both of them. Still same issue. Beginning to think it's not a driver issue.

Re: resolution issue?
The latter option is what's made the final difference for me.

I sincerely wish I could help you with your issue. But I can't. Good luck finding a solution!

Re: resolution issue?
That did it actually. I thought I had tried all three(application, system, system enhanced). But apparently, I had skipped application. Worked right away. Thank you very much!Kalopsia wrote:You've tried overriding the high DPI scaling, but have you also selected the option to have the scaling performed by the Application, in compatibility settings?
The latter option is what's made the final difference for me.
