You can make a report via the forums and tag the 'active DMs' in the subject header, sending it through the gameclient doesn't always get to them since DMs aren't always online.
I'm sorry you had a rough first time! Try to roll with it. Scream at the guard to help you! Or raise red flags to others that there's crazy serial killers about! Not the end of the world. Stay positive and rad my dude.

This is not a typical experience on the server, and in fact whoever did this (if it was the same person both times) is not just being a jerk, but flat-out breaking the server rules.
That said, the standard procedure is to report this to the DMs through a forum PM. We don't put these in the public forums simply because they tend to lead to arguments or open up a person who's already frustrated to further griefing/trolling.
