Guys, Healer's -respite is a direct rip off from League of Legends. Why is no one pointing that out, and instead pointing out an ability that has equivalents in, like, literally every RPG ever?

-pray technically is a much better "QSS" and has existed for ages.

Only way I could think of to tell is "Increases the barbarian's movement rate by 50%."

They will suddenly not be fast.

Better, but only reliably usable once per an unspecified-but-much-longer-than-rage-cooldown time.

Not that saving rage (and having lower damage) until you get CC'd and then having a three minute minimum cooldown is short by any margin.

No, but much shorter than the typical wait time for a -pray. Mighty Rage CC-removal is clearly a once-per-encounter (or once-per-few-encounters) ability, while -pray is more like once-per-day.

The cooldown on -pray is only a few hours. Much shorter than most people seem to realize.

The hard cooldown is not too long, but getting a god save when you've recently had a god save is unlikely. It is certainly possible to get even 2 god saves in immediate succession, it is just far less likely to happen reliably than the certainty that a barbarian will be able to rage again in a few minutes.

Yeah; that's certainly true if you don't have a war deity (or a magic deity on a warlock). A fair point.

I play a CC-based mage and this bugs me not at all.

A quick look at how the CC cleanse actually functions basically boils down to this:

In order to be useful as a mid-fight cleanse, then the barb will have to hold his rage until someone tags him with a CC. This means that he's been doing roughly 30% less damage than he's been built to do, in the interests of saving his rage as a CC breaker.

Even if the barbarian does this, the cleanse of the first CC probably doesn't do him a whole lot of good if the mage has an extra pair of CC spells on hand (and likely they do).

Where the feat shines is in saving the barbarian from getting neutralized by a mind spell right as the fight starts, in the event he didn't get a clarity off or something.

Had a toon that was the godsave king, he actually got three in a RL 30 minute timeframe once.
