Token request , token request form

Hi, as urban legend i heard there is some kind of token request form. I both tried reach DM team via forum and via the gmail adress (if thats still alive) "arelith.dm@gmail.com" <arelith.dm@gmail.com>

Some said there is a token request form somewhere in the forum but i havent found it so far.. anyone could help me ?

From my experience, you request PrC tokens by sending a message to the active DMs. There's no form, you just explain why does your character want to take the PrC.

Toke Requested [Awesome Class]

Along with an explination as to why you feel the token is right and proper for your character. PM it to the 'Active DMs' along with the times you'll be in game.
Ping the DM channel in game, too!

FYI You don't have to format your request like the below as it was more for the old token request forum.

Username - [Rwby]
Character Name [Pixie]
Toke Requested [Seelie Fey]

But it looks neat and helps us grab 3/4's the needed information right away.

Additionally to the above we always look for:
Background flavor.
How will this be fun for other players (Specifically for assassins).
Anything you've already done to progress towards the class in RP.
What will you do with the RP in this class?
Are Pre-requisites met? It's advised these are met before applying.

I recommend PMing us first so we have a full concept to read, then ping at us IG so we can reference it while we ask questions. I try hard to respond to every PM we get, but if you get no response IG or from a PM feel free to check in after a couple of days in your PM again.
