The Boreal Keep is currently a special, exclusive, inaccessible guildhouse that has significant advantages over other guild houses. It has no means to achieve unauthorised access to the property and has no oversight from any settlement.
This has historically resulted in a number of instances of people avoiding consequences of their roleplay, hiding from assassination contracts indefinitely and quarter breaking to take things to a location where they can’t be stolen back.
I suggest the Boreal Keep should receive the Cordor Jail treatment, with hidden areas where it can be broken into via alternative routes.
