A little struggle, for guldorians, the shops.
There are too many of the temporary type, always empty, and a ruthless war for bids.
Population is increasing, and many are forced to have their shop in other settlements.
The suggestion is: what if some of the temporary stalls will turn into permanent?
The government would willingly cooperate to build a more flourishing city, for everyone's sake 
Moreover, about trade: what about a couple of shops in Jotunhold? Would increase the traffic among the settlements, standing on the IC things ongoing would be... ah, a good timing.
