Currently, the Silver Palm feat gives +2 Appraise and +2 Leadership. With the change of Skill Focus granting +5 to a skill instead of +3, I think making Silver Palm giving +2 Bluff on top of the Appraise and Leadership fair, like in NWN2. While the total sum of Silver Palm skills is +6 it's offset by the fact you can't select the skill like you do with Skill Focus.
