Tower Change

I propose the Tower is made open grounds, but give Spell Hold +Certain other weird wizard areas a key. This would let all the Tower's cool functions and the fact that it should be Mages R Us instead of an exclusive club house.

This also benefits as it keeps Spell Hold as it's basically evil magic jail for all artifact RP needs instead of it literally loosing all potential to be used for what I believe it was made for.

With this I'd also like to see Archmage have the ability to boot someone out of their quarter for RP reasons or just plain ol' inactivity. Or you know, in case a Sharran takes up residence in there or something.
