this ties in two tradeskills at a high enough DC to usually require two people to make, while simultaneously somewhat preserving the relative unavailabilty of mithril dust while also providing a means of reliably gathering it if needed, as it's needed in alot of high end crafting but is currently only available as a rare drop from the loot matrix

this recipe paired with the recipes that use mithril dust encourages roleplay and cooperation between up to 3 crafters of different trade skills
