Gift of Wealth is not impactful as levels scale

1000 gold at start, and 1000 gold every month used to be impactful. Now I would say it qualifies as a very low sum of coin for an epic level character.

I'd propose you should add 500g to the tic every 5 levels, thus ending the gift at 4000g for a level 30 character.

Perhaps numbers could use an adjustment, but at this time, it's just not a very good gift, and gift of craft would actually get a mercantile character more mileage.

I think this was kind of intentional, that the gift of wealth offers a boost at those low levels, I'm also not sure epic characters need more gold. Rejected.
