Castle Gloom Updates

Couple of updates to make the place better:

1. Make the messenger work for anyone, as the Herald in Darrowdeep does - not just citizens
2. Make the shadowplane door use the quarter entry system (for both picklocking and so you don't get trapped outside)
3. Give it a second shop and move the shops outside like how Darrowdeep's are outside
4. Make the doors/gate work off of a key given by the lord of the castle, or the leader of the attached settlement

Castle Gloom is a neat place, but it is a bit out of the way. The biggest flaw is that it's so hard to make use of for a settlement, you -have- to have citizenship to use it. While it's nice any citizen can get in, it's a bit sad that you can't easily give access to allies of your settlement.
