1) Require players to contact a DM before placing bounties on settlement leaders in order to properly control the method in which it's done and prevent trolling/griefing.
2) Require Assassins to ping the DM channel (not necessarily get feedback, but at least put out the notice) prior to conducting a hit in order to allow a DM to monitor the event and ensure the rules are upheld.
3) Clean up the bounty board like what was said many moons ago would eventually happen. Ancient and troll bounties from literal IRL years ago are still up, even though the characters have long since been deleted.
