Add a couple drinking spots near Cordor

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

Add a couple drinking spots near Cordor

The Cordor (Farmlands) area has a flowing creek with a pond but no available drinking spots. Minor convenience for anyone walking by to have one or two drinking spots. Also helps for RP in the area when your thirst has finally reached the negatives.
