All of the Kensai sacrifices on the wiki are things that monk has already committed to doing without as soon as they turn level 28 and pass all opportunity to multiclass.
Really think about it.
Monk is in a weird place right now. PURE monk is in a pretty poor place right now.
Giving monks the extra attack and extra +2 AC at level 28 or 30 might be enough to at least help the class out a bit. Maybe even put it in a place to hold it together while it waits for a bit more love.
Now you really have proper thematic reasoning and mechanic justification for the class and ability to coexist.
Good work on balancing other classes so far, let's see monk taken off of the back burner!
