Unique arrows and templates

With the new template system it made the "unique" arrows like Vlos'Khaliiz Bolts or poison arrows Obsolete..

95 crafting points for 99 bolts....
compared to
40 for a bundle of damask which is 500 bolts able to be used with templates

Might want to get a balance pass on that ^.^




maybe make Unique arrow bundles be able to be made instead of 99x stacks

or

lower cp for them like 20 cp for 99x

or

let the unique arrows be templated aswell
