Consecrating Altars

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Consecrating Altars

Widen who can consecrate altars without the gift to other divine classes. Paladin, champion of torm and blackguard so evil folks have a match. Maybe druids and rangers as well?

Many of the lesser popular gods ultimately just go without being able to get an altar, or end up with only one over RL years that then becomes useless if some foul foe decides to desecrate it and then they simply will never see one again.

So few people take the gift to begin with and the various divine classes being added would at least allow some lesser popular gods to be encouraged to be worshiped if it meant could keep peity higher with more ease or had a proper place they could worship at.
