Simple suggestion. Allow bards (not warlocks/feylocks) to have the draconic language for free.
All the other arcane casters have draconic as a free language, and bards are the only arcane class/bard class (ironically) that don't get a free language. Pacted characters get abyssal/infernal depending on their alignment, making bards, who have the highest lore potential of all the classes period, to be the least language-literate arcane based class.
