Scribe Scroll & True Seeing
In light of the recent nerf, remove the FOIG secondary requirement for scribing True Seeing scrolls. The reduced duration and gold cost alone seem like enough to prevent excessive use, and if someone really wants to pay 10k/minute for True Seeing, maybe that's a fair trade.
