Give earth elemental 75-100% immunity to fire

Given that the earth elemental is not made simply of stone as people may think (like a stone golem), but is made of moltern rock. we can see this by just looking at any of the earth elementals. they are essentially a volcano shaped like a man with a floating head.

They should not be suceptable to fire attacks in any meaningful way, similar to how they are supposed to (but dont really atm) be impervious to physical harm. This would make them easily viable again and put them back on par with the other elementals.
