Character Scaling on creation

With the addition of scaling character models, I hope there can be a way to shrink or grow your character's model up to a certain percentage upon creation, so we can actually have visibly varied size beyond just a description. Humans similar in height to elves, and things of that nature. It would give the game a more immersive and natural feel than everyone being of uniform height.
