Writ Reward Scaling by Level Gap

Making writ XP scale based on the level gap.

-Use for each party member that contributed, whichever gives the lowest xp is used
-It should be unable to go over 100% xp, didn't know how to math that one in, but coding it would likely be easier anyways
-If theres 5 or less levels between party members, no penalty.

-If a L3 and a L10 grouped, theyd get 8% removed
-If a L3 and a L20 grouped, theyd get 48% removed.
-If a L3 and L30 grouped, theyd get 88% removed.
-If a L10 and a L20 OR L20 and L30 grouped, theyd get 20% removed.
-If a L10 and a L30 grouped, theyd get 60% removed

EDIT:
As is, it does a 4% penalty per level over 5.
The 4 could easily be changed to a 5, 6 or higher, to increase the penalty further. If raised, it could even start to create a range where the most drastic gaps get a 100% reduction.

IE: if it was made 10% per level above 5(by changing the 4 to a 10), then anyone more than 14 levels apart gets a 100% reduction, with a 90% for a 14 gap, 80% for a 13gap, etc.

Rasing the number to a level such as 8-12% could be a way to still entirely block the widest gaps and strongly discourage large gaps, all without it being just black or white.

Dejapes has been pretty clear that removing the restriction is a nonstarter, because anything that encourages high level characters to clog up low level zones is toxic radioactive and undesirable.

Suggestions trying to argue around that hardline stance will be binned until further notice.

Is he or is he not in charge of making the call? If he is not, then I would suggest informing him directly that his system is being taken out of his hands.
