I realize stealth mode stops speedies from reaching you, but for those who actually have stealth (especially if they have HiPS) this isn't a great option. I humbly request a -nospeedy command, for those times where you just want to RP without being bombarded by 50 hins/goblins, or when you don't want intelligence sent to you when you're in a meeting with your enemies.

With how HiPS works, you can re-stealth while it is on cooldown and not be on HiPS. Using -reveal, you can also hide and be seen by the person you wish to be seen by.
You can also disguise yourself.
These are effective -nospeedy methods, though I do not encourage using them for the reason you gave: Speedies are part of the game, and avoiding them for OOC reasons removes the risk of someone using them to spread vital information to you while you are with someone, and an enemy gaining it. After all, you have no power over if the speedy visits you or not beyond stealth.
