Thrown Weapons and Basins

Allow thrown weapons to be enchanted in a basin, but require the full stack of 50 before any enchanting can be done. This prevents any possible exploits, but allows you to add some basin properties on thrown weapons. As of now, thrown weapons are very far behind quiver-based ammunition, as you can't do much to add additional damage to them in any affordable way outside of a single temp essence, which immediately gets eaten 10-12 rounds of combat or so.
