I think the horse mechanics are pretty cool, but I don't think there is anyway to cart the horse across a server? It's not a -huge- deal I guess since so much of the surface world is on the surface server, so the risk of transitioning to a place your horse will disappear is reduced, but it is a bit annoying when it does happen.
So my suggestion would be allowing people to bind a horse to a token or something that allows them to re-summon it. Maybe like 6 points is all you need to pick up a horse where-ever and ride, but 15 allows you to 'tame' one. Or make it something you purchase, huray for gold sinks.
Over all it'd be cool to be able to tow the horses across realm.
