The Outpost NPC should buy stuff... maybe she ONLY buys weapons, cuz you know... it's a Ranger Station, not a trading post.
Her 'for sale' inventory needs to offer LONGBOW/SHORTBOW, and Arrow ammunition... cuz, you know.. it's a "ranger station"
-also would be great if she joined the rare merchants who offer Barkskin potions.
