Subdual QoL

Subdual is pretty neat, but being gated behind some rarely used weapons makes it a little jarring to use. I'd argue we want it to be more common to employ to further stories, rather than being the less alluring option.

So for that very reason I'd propose:

1) Open Subdual to all melee weapons. Remove The -4 penalty from the current weapons that can subdue. All other weapons have the normal -4 penalty.
2) Open Subdual to all ranged weapons if you have the Called Shot feat, at a normal AB of -8
3) Add a few items/weapons to the module that grant the Dirty Fighting feat to negate the -4 AB penalty of subdual.
