Myon NPC merchants - Take two.

I've made a suggestion about this before, however I'd like to add to it a little bit. Myon's NPC merchants are severely lacking in a few ways. The following improvements would be very much appreciated.

- A merchant that buys scrolls from scroll cases... And perhaps sells blank wands and scrolls.

- A merchant that buys looted quarterstaff/club/trident/spear items

- Currently, Myon NPC merchants buy stuff for less money than merchants anywhere else on the surface. It would be nice if prices were matched with, for example, Bendir.

- Additionally, the guy who pays out bounty money on boss heads, gives less money than any other similar NPC on the server. A "top tier" boss head sells for 640-ish GP, as opposed to 750-800 anywhere else on the isle. Could this please be brought into line with the rest of the server.
