Crafting points reset

It's pretty easy to mess up your crafting point spread if you're new or mistaken about the requirements of any given item (s) you specifically want to craft (or, hell, you might just get tired of forging your entire life and want something different to do!). I propose that all PCs henceforth get one reset per lifetime. If it's too much that it be free, I propose that every point invested has an xp cost to remove, again doable only once.
