Dimension Door Spell

Add dimension door as an Arcane Spell. Teleports caster to target destination (within line of sight basically just within the view of caster so not like teleport or distance travel) can carry "X" friendlies (party members) based on caster lvls. Doesn't leave a door open or anything just an instant little hop.

REALLY fun spell utility to play with :D
