In a city where space is at a premium and in a real-life historical context where properties might be taxed on their plot size - the building process leads to development up and down (extra stories, cellars, attics).
Please consider the merits of :-
- Attaching cellars & attics to many or all existing buildings, especially within Cordor.
- Cellars and attics could be used as roleplay / mechanic hooks (the presence of or the threat of the presence of vermin - rats / bats / pigeons and worse).
- A great array of unique hooks (secret history, clues to previous owners, etc.)
- Cellars and attics might have a small extra placeable limit to allow extra furniture to be stored and give these rooms some function.
Dependent on the level of threat, home-owners would thereafter be strongly encouraged to bring in outside exterminators / adventurers to aid in removable (Ideally scripting that makes infestation solvable for X time, solution not possible by home owner).
