Sea Elf Subrace (Greater Reward)

Given Arelith's status as a archipelago with a substantial amount of islands/ship content, the large presence of Sahuagin, and the fact that their deity is already represented, Sea Elves seem like they could be a cool addition to arelith. Lock them behind a greater reward to keep them from being too common.

Subrace Stats:
+2 dex, -2 wisdom
(Changes from base elf: +2 con, -2 wisdom)
25% cold immunity, 25% fire vulnerability
Special: Consumes water at triple the rate of normal characters.
Immune to Drown
(Maybe takes extra damage from horrid wilting or is insta-killed by it?)
