Rebalance Spell Breach: Longer List, Shorter Range

I think the breach spells should be able to rip away longer list of spells than they can currently. It seems the breach spell originally was made with the wizards/sorcerer spell list on hand. They seem to have forgotten to add Cleric/Druid protection spells to that list. So I suggest adding the following:
[*] Resist Elements
[*] Barkskin
[*] Energy Buffer
[*] Spell Resistance[/color]

The number of spells breach removes should remains the same.

With this improved list I suggest the spell range should be decreased. From Medium (20 meters) to --> Short (8 meters)

With the exception of barkskin, all of the items you listed are already on the breach list.
