So, when buying a house currently all locks and traps stay at whatever the last person had them at, so if they maxed it all out, you will never have to worry about a rogue in your future. Thus my suggestion,

1. When buying a house, all Locks are set to 30, regardless if they were 0 or 127, all traps go to 0. This is namely to encourage criminal rp. As it stands from IG testing, 98% of the server can beat a DC 71 lock picker, thats fairly high for the current era.

2. Reduce Locks max cap, 127 is impossible to get and houses are not fort Knox, and shouldn't be treated as such, suggested max cap between 80-90. Opening it to the most dedicated builds.
