Quick fix to make parry a good combat choice

Have parry apply +3 AC while using that combat mode if you you also have expertise
Have it also apply an extra +3 ac for both the improved parry and improved expertise if you have them for a total of +9 AC.
Keep all the current changes to parry.
Apply no new penalties.
Enjoy.
