NPC in cordor runs the -investigate script http://wiki.arelith.com/Console_command#-investigate
when a player use -investigate near said npc it will mention the outcast by name.
Suggestion 2:
Outcast walks into town
NPC in cordor runs the -investigate script http://wiki.arelith.com/Console_command#-investigate
The town tavern has a outcast board added. ("Face posters" with the bio taken from -investigate)
it will list the outcasts by name that recently visited the town.
if an outcast havn't visited a town for a while their posters/names get removed.
i think that will create more roleplay then suggestion 1. since guards may actively seek to drive out outcasts that attempt to life in the city.
