Shifted Disguise Saves

You are walking around as a shifted druid, and use a disguise like Disguise Fire Elemental. Then the NPC disguise spam checks starts and bammmm god disguise save and you piety drops like 25%. Is it possible to make it so god saves can be turned off for things that the disguise can't be broken? Really sucks to lose so much piety on a disguise that can't be broken anyway. Or give player option to turn on or off god saves?
