Remove divine power scrolls from loot.

Remove divine power scrolls from loot.
Given divine power now can't be cast from a scroll, the lootable scrolls are no longer useful. There is little point in looting them. However, I found a couple of them today on bookshelves in dungeons. They may as well no longer exist as lootable items.
