Add the cat "Lucky" to Social club, as a permanent NPC

Hello! I would like to ask if its too much of a bother to request that the cat "Lucky" is added as a permanent NPC to the social club pub "The Fool's Clover", In Salasker square. The pub has had a bit of a problem with rats of late, and after an event last night, DM Grumpy was kind enough to spawn in us the lovely cat "Lucky". And we would like him to become a permanent member, if possible!
