Seeing how there are console commands to change one's walk speed, would it be possible to change rogue's sneak speed? It reduces by 50%, but as a truly epic rogue, perhaps scaling, why not give them increased move-speed while sneaking? Truly epic rogues being able to completely run while stealthed.
I feel like they need more than that, but tis a good direction, I would think.
Additionally, what about quarter locks being rolled auto 20 in their attempts, when one has the rogue feat that is supposed to do that anyways?
Something like INT towards an attack bonus, for both rogues and assassins at least X levels, seems like it would be nice too.
Maybe some correlated buff to the Opportunist feat? *Shrug.*
