Allow the following weapons to benefit from the -twohand command in the same manner the bastard sword does for medium races. All of these weapons can realisitically be used with either one or two hands, and adding them to the -twohand use can help with weapon vareity options.
-Battle Axe (one handed)- Mediocre damage (1d8) and difficult crit range to work with (base is 20's only).
-Spear- Lower damage (1d6 one Arelith) and one handed for a spear/shield use.

Re: -twohand suggestion
Personally, I'd prefer to keep -twohand to bastard swords, and investigate other solutions for other weapon types. Making the change as proposed, for example, would make bastard swords pretty useless (i.e. +1 damage isn't worth a feat), which would be a real shame.
It's worth noting that battle axes are no worse off than longswords as it is; and spears are simple weapons.

Dwarven waraxe is to battleaxe as bastard sword is to longsword. I'd like to see that one added, personally.
