Allow assassins to disarm traps with a DC of 35 or greater

Disable Trap is a class skill for Assassins. However, NWN Wiki http://nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Disable_trap says that "Rogue is the only class capable of disarming traps with a DC of 35 or greater." Is it possible to allow assassins to disarm traps with a DC of 35 or greater?
