Remove dodge from Dwarven Defender prerequisites

Remove dodge from Dwarven Defender prerequisites. A simple and easy way to give a slight buff to this otherwise unplayable (without heavy consequences) PrC. The gift changes hurt this. A lot. There's not a single passable Dwarven Defender build left.
