Cleric Domain Suggestions!

Air - "lightning" spells are automatically empowered, doubly so with the Empower Spell feat. The cleric's air elementals gain conjuration bonuses as if the cleric had both Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration and Animal Domain. At cleric level 28, the Ancient Air Elemental becomes a Monolithic Air Elemental.

Animal - the cleric gains Animal Language

Death - the "inflict" line of spells, up to and including Harm, are empowered (I think this is already the case). Negative Plane Avatar summons a shadow of the caster that scales with cleric level.

Destruction - (as per PnP) gain the ability to Smite Evil (if good or neutral) or Smite Good (if evil) three times per day.

Earth - the cleric's earth elementals gain conjuration bonuses as if the cleric had both Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration and Animal Domain. At cleric level 28, the Ancient Earth Elemental becomes a Monolithic Earth Elemental.

Evil - Aura vs. Alignment: Good lasts turns/level.

Fire - The cleric's fire elementals gain conjuration bonuses as if the cleric had both Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration and Animal Domain. At cleric level 28, the Ancient Fire Elemental becomes a Monolithic Fire Elemental.

Good - Aura vs. Alignment: Evil lasts turn/level.

Healing - no change

Knowledge - +10 bonus to lore, gift of tongues at no cost to ECL

Magic - +10 Spellcraft, able to use arcane wands and scrolls

Plant - can refresh a plant once a day (like with the druid sickle) per 10 cleric levels

Protection - gains the 'Rallying Cry' ability, usable once a day/3 cleric levels

Strength - the cleric gains a hard bonus to strength equal to 1 per 5 cleric levels (+6 at level 30)

Sun - the spells Searing Light and Sunbeam are empowered, doubly so with the Empower Spell feat. (Searing Light's damage vs. undead bug is also fixed)

Travel - at cleric level 28, the cleric gains the -teleport ability as if they had Epic Spell Focus in Transmutation. If they have Epic Spell Focus in Transmutation, it's usable twice a day.

Trickery - fine as is.

War - 'Aura of Vitality' lasts turns/level.

Water - The cleric's water elementals gain conjuration bonuses as if the cleric had both Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration and Animal Domain. At cleric level 28, the Ancient Water Elemental becomes a Monolithic Water Elemental.
