Stealth perks and relations with NPC

Listen check won from buffed NPC: rolls an event based on a list. It would make the foes move to the region the character was when triggered the event.
Examples:
-Cracks a twig
-Steps in a piece of glass
-Kicks some pebbles
-Farts
-Burps
-Cloak crackles in the wind
-Armor make rusty noise
-Coughs
-Sneezes
-A drop of cold water falls on your backneck and you "Ahh"
-...



If the character is spotted by a buffed creature: it follows in a reduced speed making checks each round. If one fails or if character gets too far breaking line of sight, it loses track (please, no more infinite following).
-The [MONSTER'S NAME] seems to notice some movement in the shadows you are in and proceed to investigate.
-A [MONSTER'S NAME] starts moving carefuly to your direction.



If the buffed monsters wins both a Listen and a Spot check, it trully detects the character, triggers alarm and can attack it.



Would be nice if the character could activelly try to lure a monster in a harmless way: nearest enemies goes to the direction
-Whistles (centered on you)
-Throws a pebble (targeted area)
-Throws a coin (targeted area)
-Throws a pie (targeted area)
-Meows (centered on you)
-Barks (centered on you)
-Howls (centered on you)
-Crickets (centered on you)
-Throws a baiting coin with a string and pulls toward you (targeted area, toward you)
-Throws a pie with a string and pulls toward you (targeted area, toward you)
