It would be nice to be able to apply tattoos to our toons for free in the start area instead of shelling out 250 GP at level three just to make our character models match their descriptions.
You might say 'But Pariah! Whats a measly 250gp!? my epic character spends more than that on boat fare to get to Guldorand!'
