New Death System + Subdual Mode

Given that the new death system makes it significantly harder to raise people after you kill them in PvP, it'd be helpful to open up the Subdual system to more weapons and characters so that you can avoid killing people more easily if you're not looking to bash them. Not every character can or will have access to the weapons needed to subdue someone.
