Option to remove outcast tag

Option to remove outcast tag

Much like the option to BUY the outcast tag, perhaps an option to remove it, this could cost the same amount, if not a bit more, even 200k. This applying perhaps ONLY to those that actually bought the tag and didn't start with it? This could be an option in Sibayad in contrast to the one in Anundor.
