Remove Visual effect on Disease

This is mostly annoying when taking a drink from the good old 'n nasty well. Yes, I get the water is filthy and we can get sick. What I don't get is the sound and visuals of disgusting slobber being poured on our characters.

The suggestion is: Remove it. Even from other sources, with the possible exception of spell-induced diseases.
